Portorož, 8 March - Luka Koper, the operator of Slovenia's sole seaport, may have to look for a strategic partner for the planned third pier, Infrastructure and Spatial Planning Minister Zvonko Černač said at Wednesday's ceremony in Portorož marking Maritime Day.
