Supreme Court Investigation Finds No Flaws in Vaskrsić Case

Ljubljana, 20 March - An internal investigation into the case of a home that was auctioned off over an unpaid utility bill found that the court's decisions were correct and in line with the law, the Supreme Court said on Tuesday. The court could have limited repossession to other means were this requested by the debtor, but he did not do that.
