Ljubljana, 21 March - The problem of an estimated 26,500 empty homes in Ljubljana, the city's indebtedness and inefficient use of EU funds dominated Tuesday's televised debate featuring seven of the eight contenders in Sunday's mayoral by-election in Ljubljana. Most of them identified completing the capital's sewerage system as their immediate priority.
