Ex-Prosecutor Gets Suspended Sentence for Bribe Taking

Maribor, 27 March - The Maribor District Court sentenced on Tuesday former Murska Sobota district state prosecutor Robert Stojko to a 18-month suspended sentence with a three year probation period. Stojko was apprehended in November 2010 after accepting EUR 25,000 in marked bills for a promise of an acquittal.
