Govt Adopts Bills Ratifying Fiscal Compact, ESM Treaty

Ljubljana, 29 March - The government adopted on Thursday the bill ratifying the EU's intergovernmental agreement on the fiscal compact, under which Slovenia will introduce the golden fiscal rule in its Constitution. It also adopted the bill ratifying the treaty establishing the European Stability Mechanism (ESM).
