Part of Police Joins Strike Announcements

Ljubljana, 2 April - Police Trade Union (PSS) president Radivoj Uroševič announced on Monday a strike for 18 April in the light of proposed austerity measures. The other police union, the Trade Union of Slovenian Police Officers (SPS), also said a strike seemed inevitable, unless the government starts "thinking about measures more soberly".
