Ljubljana, 16 April - The 17th annual Slovenian Book Days festival kicked off in Ljubljana on Monday, with the speakers at the ceremony, including President Danilo Türk and Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković, using the opportunity to express criticism against the government-proposed saving measures and their impact in the field of culture.
