Around Third of Bee Colonies Die During Winter
Ljubljana, 18 April - Beekeepers lost some 25-35% of bee colonies or some 50,000 hives during the winter, the Slovenian Beekeepers' Association said on Wednesday, adding that this amounted to some EUR 5m in direct damage.
