Ljubljana, 19 April - Slovenia's biggest retailer, Mercator, issued six-month commercial papers in the value of EUR 10.3m on 4 April. The notes with an interest rate of 4.07% will be traded on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as of 23 April.
