MPs Concerned about Sale of Controlling Stake in Shipping Firm

Ljubljana, 24 April - Three parliamentary committees discussed in a joint session on Tuesday the plan of the state-run SOD and KAD funds to sell their controlling stake in shipping company Splošna plovba to Germany's Döhle, which already holds the majority stake in the Portorož-based company. The MPs called for caution when making the decision.
