Austerity Measures to Take Final Shape

Ljubljana, 7 May - The parliamentary Finance and Monetary Policy Committee will open a two-day sitting on Monday afternoon to take its position on the highly controversial omnibus bill on the balancing of public finances and austerity budget for 2012. But before that the government and public sector trade unions will make a last-ditch attempt at a compromise.
