Ljubljana, 7 May - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan commented on the outcome of France's presidential election during his visit to Ljubljana on Monday, expressing hope that Turkey's relations with France will become more constructive following yesterday's victory of Francois Hollande.
