Constitution Commission Backs Fiscal Rule

Ljubljana, 9 May - The parliamentary Constitution Commission backed with a two-thirds majority on Wednesday the proposed inclusion of the golden fiscal rule of zero deficit in the Constitution. The motion will head to the floor now, where it faces an uncertain fate due to a split opposition.
