Petrol Acquires Croatian Subsidiary
Ljubljana, 17 May - Energy company Petrol became the sole owner of Croatian petrol retailer and wholesaler Euro-Petrol as suspension conditions for the acquisition of an additional 49% stake were fulfilled, Petrol said on the web site of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Thursday.
