Citizens' List Proposes Changes to Referendum Legislation

Ljubljana, 22 May - Parliamentary Speaker and head of the coalition Citizens' List (DL) Gregor Virant has presented to parliamentary parties a blueprint for constitutional changes that would limit the right to a referendum and set a quorum for the turnout.
