Ministry Scraps Revocation of License in Nekrep Case
Ljubljana, 25 May - The Health Ministry has scrapped the temporary revocation of licence handed to paediatrician Zlatka Kanič after she was last year found guilty of negligence in the death of 12-year-old Bor Nekrep. Kanič's lawyer welcomed the decision, saying the procedures that led to the revocation were not conducted in line with regulations.
