Rail Operator to Cut Spending by EUR 28M Over Two Years

Ljubljana, 29 May - The management and unions at national rail operator Slovenske železnice signed Tuesday a landmark agreement slashing pay and other expenditures. The agreement will be in effect between 1 May and the end of 2013 and is expected to save the ailing rail operator EUR 14.2m this year and EUR 14m next year.
