MPs Back Closure of Four Embassies, Two Consulates

Ljubljana, 30 May - The parliamentary Foreign Policy Committee backed the closure of four Slovenian embassies in EU member states and two consulates as it debated the proposal that is to bring EUR 1.8m in savings a year behind closed doors on Tuesday. The proposal is not yet public, but is expected to be decided on by the cabinet on Thursday.
