Ljubljana, 4 June - The college of deputy group leaders decided on Monday that lawmakers would not discuss the state guarantees for a EUR 440m loan from the European Investment Banks (EIB) for a new generator at the TEŠ coal power plant at the June plenary scheduled for next week.
