Govt against Proposed Changes to Religious Freedoms Act

Ljubljana, 7 June - The government rejected on Thursday the opposition-sponsored changes to the religious freedoms act, envisaging among other things the abolishment of state co-financing of the priests' social security contributions. It believes that the changes would alter the law too drastically.
