Slovenia, Austria Resolve Sausage Dispute

Ljubljana, 15 June - Slovenia and Austria have reached a preliminary agreement on the EU protection of a type of sausage that both countries claim as their own. The compromise should enable the protection of the Slovenian origin of the sausage at the EU level and production of the sausage in Austria under certain conditions.
