Ljubljana, 21 June - The government has opened a consulate in Casablanca, Morocco, appointing business manager Said Noureddin Doukari honorary consul and appointed former US Ambassador to Slovenia Yousif Boutros Ghafari honorary consul in Dearborn, US, the Government Communication Office (UKOM) said on Thursday.
