Minister: KBC to Get 33.9% Stake in NLB after Recapitalisation
Ljubljana, 28 June - The Belgian financial group KBC will invest EUR 61m in the NLB bank to increase its stake from 25% to 33.9%, while the state, which will help recapitalise NLB with a EUR 320m hybrid loan, will retain over 50% stake in the bank, Finance Minister Janez Šušteršič told the press on Thursday.
