Slovene Doctors and Dentists Go on Strike Thursday

Slovene doctors and dentists united in the Fides union will go on strike on Thursday, 14th December. A on-day warning strike will begin in the morning in all health centres and other Slovene institutions which employ doctors and dentists. The Fides union expects about 3,200 doctors and dentists, or 70 to 80 percent of all employed in the field, will join the strike. Urgent medical treatment will be provided at the time of the strike.
