Lawyer of Erased: No Govt Managed to Avoid Paying Compensation
Ljubljana, 6 July - If the government fails to draw up a plan for remedy measures for the erased within a year, several thousand lawsuits will be filed with the European Court of Human Rights and the total costs for Slovenia will rise, a legal representative of the erased Andrea Saccucci told an interview with the weekly Mladina.
