Luka Koper AGM Rejects Liability Discharge for Management, Supervisors

Koper, 9 July - Shareholders of Slovenia's sole sea port operator Luka Koper did not grant a liability discharge for the company's management and the supervisory board for 2011, when the parent company generated a EUR 1.8m loss. The shareholders also rejected a proposal to shrink the four-member management to a single managing director.
