Ombudsman Sees Situation at Closed Institutions Improving

Ljubljana, 2 August - Presenting the 2011 report on the national preventive mechanism against torture, Human Rights Ombudsman Zdenka Čebašek Travnik highlighted on Thursday the situation in prisons as the most problematic, but she said improvement had been noticed in the functioning of all other closed institutions.
