Moody's Downgrades Telekom, Govt-Backed Bank Debt

Ljubljana, 7 August - Rating agency Moody's downgraded the state-owned telco Telekom Slovenije and the government-guaranteed debt of several Slovenian banks on Monday, just days after it cut by three notches Slovenia's government bond rating, to Baa2 from A2.
