NBI File Further Charges, Unofficially Over Merkur MBO

Ljubljana, 7 August - The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has filed a criminal report against seven individuals who are suspected of defrauding an unnamed company of EUR 160m. NBI head Robert Črepinko said the seven are suspected of abuse of authority and tax evasion.
