Bank of Slovenia Governor: No Reasons to Change Monetary Policy

There are no reasons to change the current monetary policy in Slovenia, which will have to be even more restrictive due to the movements on the foreign currency market. Our firm intention is to reach Europe with the parameters of the Maastricht Agreement if Slovenia does not reach it through an agreement, Governor of the Bank of Slovenia France Arhar told a news conference Wednesday.
