Kranjska klobasa Hits Another Obstacle for EU Protected Status

Zagreb, 16 August - Slovenia's bid to get the EU protected geographical status for kranjska klobasa, a sausage named after the region of Kranjska, is being opposed by Croatia, which wants to protect over EUR 10m in revenues its producers and exporters make annually from the sausage.
