Balance and Harmony
Ljubljana, 22 December - Making assessments on the 5th anniversary of the plebiscite which determined Slovenia's independence, we can say the courageous decision made at that time was worth while, Delo writes. It goes on to point out opinions on Slovene "balance and harmony" and Slovene "contactibility" and financial capability differ a lot. Even in the documents on plebiscite, Slovenes wrote in bold letters that the implementation of independence involved risks since it depended on events that could not be predicted to the full extent in advance. Time has shown the risks exist, first of all, in Slovenia's internal relations and relationships. Everything depends on Slovenes themselves, on their "contactibility".
