Higher Court Annuls Verdict on Delo Damages to SDS Over Patria

Ljubljana, 21 August - A higher court has annulled a verdict that ordered the daily Delo to pay EUR 10,000 to the Democrats (SDS) because of claims that the party was the recipient of a part of the alleged bribe money in a controversial deal with the Finnish defence contractor Patria, Delo reported on Tuesday.
