Dismissed RTVS Supervisors Seek Recourse in Court

Ljubljana, 5 September - Four members of the supervisory board of public broadcaster RTV Slovenija who were dismissed by the government in late July announced Wednesday they would challenge the government decision in court. The government bypassed the law and it violated the constitutional right to equal protection of rights, lawyer Stojan Zdolšek said.
