Court-Appointed Receivers in the Spotlight, Report Reveals Rampant Abuse
Ljubljana, 14 September - Trouble is brewing in the Slovenian judiciary after POP TV revealed that a number of receivers in charge of insolvency proceedings had close ties with bankruptcy judges at the Ljubljana District Court who are supposed to control their work. What is more, it is believed many worked more for their own gains than to the benefit of creditors.
