Milan Kučan: We Have Got Used to Count on Luck

Those who manage the Slovene state are expected to show more responsibility for the state interests in the new year. 1995 proved that desires cannot be realized without much effort, careful foreign policy and taking into consideration the state interests; this is true also for the future, in particular if the desires are not clearly defined, told the daily Dnevnik Saturday President Milan Kučan.
