SKEI Union Cancels Strike Despite Failed Negotiations

Ljubljana, 25 September - The SKEI trade union of electronics and steel sectors cancelled on Tuesday the token strike announced for Wednesday although the talks with employers on changes to the collective bargaining agreement were unsuccessful. The union said the demands would be raised from higher minimum wages to an increase in all wages.
