Slovenia's Energy Consumption Down 1% in 2011

Ljubljana, 3 October - Energy consumption in Slovenia decreased by 1% in 2011 compared to the year before. Consumption of oil and petroleum-based products covered half of the total consumption and was up 8% year-on-year as the use of diesel fuel surged 11%, according to latest figures from the Statistics Office.
