Court Rules in Favour of Soldiers on Holiday Allowance
Ljubljana, 5 October - The Ljubljana Labour and Social Court ruled on Friday that the state had violated soldiers' right to a EUR 692 holiday allowance set in the collective bargaining agreement with austerity laws and ordered it to pay full allowances within one month after the ruling is made final.
