Court Rules in Favour of Soldiers on Holiday Allowance
Ljubljana, 5 October - The Ljubljana Labour and Social Court ruled on Friday that the state had violated soldiers' right to a EUR 692 holiday allowance with austerity laws. It ordered that the allowances by paid in full within one month after the ruling is final.
