Pirc Musar Opposes Police Access to Communication Data without Court Order
Ljubljana, 12 October - The information commissioner, which opposes a contentious provision of the bill on electronic communications that would allow the police to obtain personal communication data without a court order, met representatives of the interior and defence ministries and the intelligence agency SOVA to discuss the issue on Friday.
