Unions, Employers Oppose Selective VAT Rise

Ljubljana, 12 October - Reviewing the government-sponsored changes to the VAT tax, the Economic and Social Council, an industrial relations forum, said on Friday that a rise in the VAT for only specific products and services would boost the grey economy and unemployment, and limit access to information.
