Bučar Says Ways of Former Regime Continuing in Slovenia

Maribor, 16 October - France Bučar, one of the authors of the Constitution and the speaker of Slovenia's first multi-party parliament, was extremely critical on Monday of the state of Slovenian society, saying power remained concentrated in the hands of a small political elite and that constitutional changes would further silence individual voices.
