Sale of Mercator Hanging in the Balance Once Again

Ljubljana/Laško, 17 October - The sale of a majority stake in retailer Mercator is close to collapsing even before it began in earnest, as two banks making up the consortium of shareholders, Abanka and Banka Koper, abandoned the plan, Dnevnik reported on Wednesday.
