SDS Official: Demand for Dollar Bond Issue High

Ljubljana, 19 October - Demand for Slovenia's dollar bond topped US$12bn this morning, Andrej Šircelj of the ruling coalition Democrats (SDS) said on Friday announcing that the country would borrow at a considerably lower price than expected. Business daily Finance cited Bloomberg as reporting the issue would be worth US$2.25bn.
