Civil Initiative Requests Constitutional Review of TEŠ Act

Ljubljana, 29 October - A tax-payers' civil initiative has filed for a constitutional review of the act on a state loan guarantee for the construction of a new generator at the Šoštanj TEŠ coal-fired power plant TEŠ6. The initiative wants the act passed in July annulled over procedural issues.
