Ljubljana, 30 October - Infrastructure and Spatial Planning Minister Zvone Černač stressed that the 2013 budget bill envisaged the doubling of funds for investment, as he attended on Tuesday a session of the parliamentary Infrastructure and Spatial Planning Committee dedicated to scrutinising the 2013 and 2014 budget bills.
