Ljubljana, 30 October - The laws establishing the Slovenia Sovereign Holding and the bad bank will most likely avoid being put to referendum as Speaker Gregor Virant told the press on Tuesday that one of the two initiatives that wanted to call it failed to collect enough signatures and the other struck a deal with the finance and infrastructure ministries.
