Lactalis Spokesperson Downplays Fears Over Dairy Takeover

Ljubljana, 2 November - A spokesperson for Lactalis has downplayed fears expressed in Slovenia over the French company's bid to acquire Slovenia's biggest dairy, Ljubljanske mlekarne. Michel Nalet told Friday's edition of business daily Finance that Lactalis wanted to enable development of the Slovenian dairy.
