Türk Explains His Referendum Proposal, Sends It to PM and MPs

Ljubljana, 2 November - President Danilo Türk explained more closely on Friday what he meant with the proposal to the government to withdraw or delay acts establishing bad bank and sovereign holding. He says the acts could be delayed with a special act. He sent his proposal to MPs, the speaker and the PM.
